What kind of training is provided to new employees?
Training is provided as required by the position and as allowed by the training capacity within each office. Each new employee is oriented to the firm, the office and his/her department or position. In Denver, we provide one full day of computer training for those who will be working with computers. We have found on the job training, with ongoing support from supervisors and/or secretarial buddies, to be the most effective way to learn. Computer classes are available through Holland & Hart University periodically throughout the year.

What kind of resources and support are provided?
In the Denver office, there are many centralized support services on-site, such as copying, supply room, messengers, conference room hostesses, billing, accounting, library, file clerks, office clerks, PBX operators, reception, mail and fax delivery, word processing, travel agent, marketing, and technical support.

Some of these services (e.g., billing, travel agent, etc.) are also available to our other offices, but some are confined to the Denver office for physical reasons (e.g., conference room hostesses, mail and fax delivery, etc.).

Regardless, a spirit of teamwork and cooperation is present in all offices, enabling everyone to get the help they need to do their jobs effectively.
