Diversity
"We are committed to taking full advantage of the rich backgrounds and abilities of our people and to promoting a greater diversity whenever and wherever possible." — from the Holland & Hart Statement of Commitment to Diversity.
Put plainly, Holland & Hart wants to attract and keep qualified women and people of color. We value ethnic, religious, sexual, age, ability and economic diversity among our members. We continuously work to boost these figures, as well as the diversity among our staff:
"I chose H&H because the people are extremely bright, fun to work with and always willing to help each other and work as a team. I also chose H&H because of its commitment to diversity and the principle that we are a stronger, more vital firm because of our breadth of backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences."
