Description: Trademark Paralegal position available in our Boulder, Colorado office. Must possess significant experience in trademark prosecution, including trademark searching, clearance, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board work in the U.S. In addition, applicants should have experience in managing foreign trademark portfolios, coordinating powers of attorney and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean up and other due diligence matters.
Requirements: Excellent computer skills are critical, and experience with database management desirable. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
