Requirements: A high level of customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, is required. The candidate must have an advanced knowledge in Office 2003 applications, particularly with Word and Excel. Requirements: Candidate must have at least 5+ yrs. hands on Exp. building, deploying and managing software systems with expertise in relational databases, IIS, Transact SQL  writing SQL queries, web administration and networking. This individual must have solid exp. in breaking down complex systems into components and working with others to maintain and troubleshoot the entire system. Strong abilities analyzing, installing, integrating and building software application systems. Working knowledge of server and client OS config. and implementation including hardware, software and RAID, SCSI and networking components is a must. Working knowledge of Altiris, Biztalk, HEAT Helpdesk, Citrix, Sharepoint Portal Server and a background in legal and legal apps a plus.
