Administrative Assistant/Telecommunications Administrator - Denver

Description: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with the Director of Finance (DOF) and Financial Services (FS) department. The person in the position will prepare correspondence and reports for internal and external purposes; monitor and assist with the attorney contract renewal process; provide secretarial and administrative support to the DOF and FS department; analyze complex monthly telecommunications statements for accuracy and follow up on errors; maintain the reservations list for the use of the firms condominiums and make arrangements for repairs and maintenance.

Requirements: Candidates must be able to appropriately handle confidential information, exercise a high degree of discretion and initiative; be proficient in using Outlook and Excel; be well-organized and exceptionally detail oriented; be knowledgeable about general office practices/procedures. Docketing Specialist - Denver

Description: The Docketing Specialist maintains the CompuLaw docketing application and the docketing system implemented at Holland & Hart. The docket specialist is responsible for entering data into the docket system, ensuring retention of source documents/docket confirmations in the Firms workflow based upon several sources including USDC notices, and providing prompt, responsive service to attorneys and staff.

Requirements: Previous experience with CompuLaw or similar docketing/calendar product, in a law firm or legal services environment and demonstrated understanding of the litigation process and docketing requirements is strongly preferred. Records Technician - Denver

Description: Perform records management tasks, such as requests for active and inactive records, boxing, audits, and records management questions using records management software and barcode technology. Interface with the user community in a professional manner. Assist in the development of new documentation for training and written procedures.

Requirements: Qualified candidates must have 2 years of experience in the field of records management, legal preferred; and knowledge of records management software. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Have the ability to prioritize tasks, attention to detail, and good organization skills.
