	Litigation Support Technician - Denver

	Start Date: Open
	Description: The LST is a client focused, service oriented position which concentrates on the legal applications used by litigators in the discovery process of electronically stored information (ESI) at Holland and Hart. The LST will work as an advocate for the various practice groups in the firm as their litigation support needs relate to technology. Responsible for managing, administering and supporting core legal applications for firm-wide case management solutions; assisting with computerized litigation support systems; implementing and maintaining computer applications and services. Requirements: Successful candidate requires familiarity with a legal environment and the litigation process. Advanced knowledge of databases and imaging systems to include: document review applications (i.e.Ringtail, LAW, Concordance, etc.), image load file manipulation, image linking, and image production. Proficiency in the use of Access and Excel required. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application problems, issues and errors and assist in the provision of end user training. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. Four-year college degree or equivalent experience is required. 	Project Assistant - Denver

	Description: Hourly, temporary position. Must possess experience as an engineer and/or working for a general contractor. Focus on mechanical engineering and/or construction science areas. Should possess a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years experience in the engineer and/or construction science arenas. Will conduct document review and fact investigation in the context of complex construction litigation matters. The Project Assistant could work out of our Denver or Las Vegas Office. 	Support Technician - Denver

	Description: This position will provide telephone support on software, hardware and network related problems. A high level of customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, is required. Requirements: The candidate must have an advanced knowledge in Office 2003 applications, particularly with Word and Excel. They must also be very familiar with Windows XP and network topology, and must have experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Law firm experience helpful.
