When Holland & Hart began to look beyond Denver for other locations in the Rocky Mountain region, Cheyenne stood out as a neighbor with common interests in mining and exploration.
It was important to the firm to have a presence in Wyoming for the clients it already served, so in 1981 the Cheyenne office of Holland & Hart opened. Today the firm is the largest in the state with 17 attorneys and a complete staff of legal assistants and support personnel. We offer a full range of legal services from sophisticated business transactions to complex litigation and natural resources issues for many of the largest energy industries operating in Wyoming and for commercial businesses of all kinds.
The attorneys of the Cheyenne office provide many years of expertise in environmental and natural resources law, general corporate law and litigation of all sorts. They are highly informed about the laws that govern mineral resources, environmental regulation, commercial law, public utilities, construction, labor and employment, taxes, banking, insurance, bankruptcy, real estate, and local securities and municipal bonds.
