Holland & Hart became a presence in the Salt Lake City legal community in 1994 when it opened a regional office with four attorneys whose expertise includes the environment, venture capital and emerging growth businesses, domestic and international business, and taxes. Although the firm has a 50-year history in Denver, it became important to have an office that better served its growing Utah clientele. The Salt Lake office has since expanded to more than 40 attorneys with proficiency in important areas of the law.
